There will be a memorial service this Saturday June 19, at 5:30 p.m. Thomas Jefferson Unitarian Church 4936 Brownsboro Road Louisville, Ky Mere words can barely express how much all of the support, caring, and kindness meant to my brother and our family. Jon was truly blessed to have such a remarkable group of friends and associates surrounding him. All of his family and Claire thank you for loving and caring about my brother.  |

To Jon's family and to Claire, Jim and I extend sincere sympathy in your loss. Please know that you will remain in our thoughts and prayers in the days ahead. The loving care given to Jon by his family and friends has been inspirational and is a tribute to both Jon and his caregivers. | ||
